Service Description
PrisaLang provides tools for independent language tutors and their students to manage lessons, scheduling, content, communication, and analytics. We may update, add, or remove features and will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects the service.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Free Trial Terms
We may offer a free trial for new users. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and the applicable fees will be charged. Trial eligibility may be limited.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and access continues until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrisaLang. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrisaLang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice.
